Filler in Cookeville, TN

Restore, Contour, Refresh

As we age, skin loses volume and elasticity and if that's not bad enough, sun damage and repeated muscle movement speed up the lines and hollows that follow. Dermal fillers replace that lost volume instantly, smoothing folds and restoring natural contour and balance.

Our fillers use a hyaluronic acid (HA) base, the same molecule your body makes naturally. HA holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, so it deeply hydrates and plumps from within.

At Skin + Aesthetics in Cookeville, every syringe is placed by our dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner and national trainer with 13+ years of experience, so you can expect results that look refreshed, never overdone.

Where filler works beautifully:
 • Lips — subtle plumping, definition, and hydration (not “overfilled”)
 • Cheeks — restore lift and youthful fullness
 • Jawline & chin — sharper definition, combatting aging recession, and profile balance
 • Under-eyes (tear troughs) — soften hollows and shadows
 • Smile lines (nasolabial folds) — ease the creases from nose to mouth
 • Marionette lines — lift downturned corners of the mouth
 • Temples — refill hollowing for a smoother frame
 • Hands — restore volume to aging hands

What Filler Can Treat -

We carry only FDA-approved brands of dermal fillers. Currently approved brands include Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA, and Versa — all hyaluronic-acid (HA) fillers, the same substance your skin naturally produces. They differ in thickness, flexibility, and longevity, so we choose based on the area and the look you want.

Not sure which is right for you? That’s our job. At your consult we map your anatomy and goals and recommend the right product and placement — no guesswork on your end.

FDA-Approved Brands -

We could carry a dozen filler lines, but we choose to specialize in Galderma’s Restylane — the original FDA-approved HA filler, on the market since 2003 — because we’d rather master one trusted, time-tested family than dabble in many. We’ve personally seen Restylane’s results since 2014, and we trust its safety and consistency.
We carry the full Restylane portfolio, so there’s a tailored solution for every concern:
 • Restylane-L — versatile original; lines and lips, with lidocaine for comfort
 • Lyft — structural volume for cheeks, midface, and hands
 • Refyne — flexible; softens moderate smile/marionette lines while keeping natural movement
 • Defyne — more support for deeper folds and chin definition
 • Kysse — formulated for lips: natural movement, soft feel, lasting color
 • Contour — sculpts and lifts the cheeks
 • Eyelight — designed for the delicate under-eye / tear-trough area
 • Silk — smooths fine lip lines and refines the lips

Why We Specialize in Restylane -

TRANSPARENT PRICING

Honest pricing, quoted up front.
Filler is priced per syringe, and the number of syringes depends on the area and your goals. We give you a clear estimate at your consult before anything begins — no surprises, no pressure.

STARTING AT $450 for a half syringe and $750 for one syringe. Due to the time required and advanced skill, tear trough filler is $950. For full face rejuvenation, we offer packaged pricing with additional savings that will be discussed at your consultation. Financing available through Cherry, PATIENTFI, and CareCredit.

HA fillers are dissolvable. If you ever want an adjustment, the same family of products can be reversed with an enzyme called hyaluronidase — which is exactly why HA filler is such a safe, low-commitment way to try enhancement for the first time.

Safety + Reversibility -

Which one do I need?
It’s the most common question we hear. The short version:
 • Filler replaces lost volume — think plumper lips, fuller cheeks, smoother folds.
 • Tox relaxes movement — think softening lines from frowning, squinting, and smiling.
Many patients use both for a complete refresh.

Why Skin + Aesthetics -

Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most made of hyaluronic acid, a substance your body produces naturally — used to restore lost volume, smooth folds, and enhance features like the lips, cheeks, and jawline. Results are visible right away.

01. what are dermal fillers?

It depends on the product and the area treated, but most HA fillers last anywhere from 6 months to over a year. Areas with more movement tend to metabolize filler a little faster.

02. how long do fillers last?

Most patients are surprised how comfortable it is. Our fillers contain lidocaine, and we use additional numbing as well. You may feel a quick pinch and some pressure, but discomfort is minimal.

03. is filler painful?

Not with us. Our philosophy is natural enhancement — restoring and balancing your features so you look like a refreshed version of yourself. And because HA filler is reversible, you’re never locked in.

04. will i look overdone?

Treated by an expert, every single time!

Every filler treatment at Skin + Aesthetics is performed by our dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, with over 14 years of experience:
Blakelee Paige Smith, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, NP-C
